Excellent time in Niseko - Murray, Australia

This was the fourth time we have stayed in Shiki and Koyuki and we will continue to whenever we visit Niseko.
The accommodation is excellent especially with the use of the Toyota van. The townhouses are modern, comfortable and well maintained and the staff at Holiday Niseko are extremely helpful and friendly. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

perfect house! perfect location - Kate, United States

This house was perfect for our stay in Niseko. Great location and easy to walk/drive into town. The van worked out great and allowed us to explore even more of the area. Beds were comfortable and common area had plenty of room for all of us. Would HIGHLY recommend this house.

Mixed feelings - RS, Singapore

Mostly good but

1) The children’s cots were not ready when we arrived and even on chasing you only had one left (luckily we had brought a travel cot with us). Given how much we were paying, this was really not acceptable

2) The fridge and cupboards needed cleaning more thoroughly

3) Yoy really should make it clearer / actively explain to people that they need an international driving permit. We overlooked this and as a result couldn’t use the car, which was a real challenge with two small children. An email or call specifically about this would make sense as most people will be unaware they need the permit and currently it’s just buried in your small print.

We had a great trip and loved the apartment but would hesitate to recommend because of the above I’m afraid.

Totally Recommend - Vicki

We loved Koyuki 1 in Niseko. It is a great mix of western comfort fused with Japanese feel inside. It is very spacious by Japanese standards with good size rooms and bathrooms including a bath. Having the van was great, if you didn't drive it would be not as convenient a location but with the van it is very easy to get around and the snow tyres make driving on snow much easier than I expected. There is nothing like oil or spices in the cupboards, so it is more convenient and economical to eat out every night, we did breakfast in and bought food once to cook in the evening but the reality is there are so many great restaurants it is better to eat out, and the food we bought we gave away. A lovely light, spacious, warm modern home from home that we would love to return to
