The Snowbird building is located 300 meters from the Ace Family Chair in Hirafu village and in the heart of the main shopping and dining area. 

Snowbird Studios has 7 self-contained studios and two 1 bedroom apartments. They are all fully self-contained, have wooden floors, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge/dining area and private bathrooms plus laundry/ski/dry room facilities in the building. The Studio Loft units sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

6 of the studio units have mezzanine floors and vaulted ceilings. The apartments offer incredible convenience at reasonable rates. All units have views of either the resort, Mt Yotei or a private silver birch forest.

Snowbird's location is fantastic, providing easy access to the lifts, with the base of the Ace Family Chair just a 5 minute walk away! If this wasn't enough the Hirafu Intersection shuttle stop makes access to Hanazono a breeze. With its central location the most famous restaurants and renowned eateries in Hirafu are also at your fingertips. Convenience plus.

Niseko CNY Trip

Snowbird was great for our ski holiday break. It was really close to the family chair lift, close to all shops and restaurants, but yet in a quiet location.
The apartment was warm, comfy and fairly modern.
I would recommend a stay here.

Sensational trip from booking to finish and Dylan who took our booking was extremely efficient and helpful. Loved the spacious accommodation and it was perfectly located for walking distance to the ski lifts. We'll definitely be back!!

Snowbird

This is our second year booking with Holiday Niseko and it's even better this year than the last! We enjoyed staying at Snowbird and if we come back next year we would definitely stay there again.

The staff are lovely and extremely professional.

My recommendations:

Please could you place a chair/ stool next to the entrance so that people take their shoes off. Snow boots can be difficult to take off and the only option is to sit on the floor.

Not everyone observes the no shoe policy. Please can you explain this cultural difference to guests, for those that do, it might mean having to walk on a dirty floor in socks as some people do not respect this request. It would also quieten the occasional noise in the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snowbird. The apartment we had was newly refurbished and very comfortable.
Its in a great location close to lifts, supermarket and restaurants.
Can highly recommend it and would stay again.

Great stay!!

We stayed at snowbird studios early Jan and found the rooms to be of a very good size, comparing against what we stayed in in Tokyo.
Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The combo lock on the door was very helpful as we didn't have to carry a key around on the slopes and risk losing it.

close access to bus stop, restaurants and the family chair lift.

checkout was a breeze and transfers to the welcome centre for onward transfer was appreciated.
