Awesome little place!

Great little place, close to everything and the room had absolutely everything you need! Loved it and would stay again for sure!

Snowbird studio, 2017

We really enjoyed the Snowbird accommodation. Perfect location for us - short walk to shuttle, cafes, pubs, family Ace chair - right in amongst it. Very clean and all amenities great. The studio apartment with mezzanine was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 fairly large teenagers(!), but still worked just fine. Probably suit couple or couple with one child a bit more easily. Nice beds, bathroom, kitchen etc. We really liked the key-less entry, as remembering a code was easier than trying to remember sharing keys, etc! All round reasonably priced winner for us.

Snowbird was great!

My family recently stayed at Snowbird on a friend's recommendation and we were very happy with the accommodation. We were collected from the Visitor Centre by a very friendly and informative member of staff and transferred to the accommodation. The apartment itself was warm, clean and well fitted out. It was within walking distance to the runs but with younger children I would be tempted to stay a little closer to the chair lifts.

Great property, perfect location

Snowbird surpassed our expectations. The location could not have been better, right at the main Hirafu intersection and close to the bars/restaurants/bus stops. The apartment was modern, clean and well laid out. The views onto the birch forest were amazing. It was quite a squeeze with 5 of us in a studio loft, but we knew this would be the case before we booked, and thankfully we all get on well! The boot room area was also well equipped and warm.

Holiday Niseko staff were extremely friendly and helpful from online booking to check out, and they went out of their way to help us move our bags to new accommodation at the end of our week long stay.

A great experience all round, would recommend.

Jan 2017 Stay

It was our second time staying at the snowbird apartments, they are fantastic. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Ace family pair lift and right in the heart of Hirafu. The apartment itself was really cosy and we loved the addition of the apple tv. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the apartment to friends.

Xmas trip at Snowbird

From start to finish Joel offered great assistance to sort out the booking, things we needed and he was extremely prompt in any questions we had.

We stayed at the 'budget' studio but it definitely surpassed our expectations, it was extremely roomy for 2 of us, very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen allowing us to cook for most of the nights there. Internet was fast and even having Netflix as standard on the TV was awesome for those lazy nights. The location is also perfect, right near the family lift and only minutes walk away to the local mini-mart and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

I really appreciate that they send me and my family to the train station at Kutchan early morning although not within their working hour coz no taxi available .

Great stay for family

Great place to stay with family of 4. Just a minutes walk to shuttle station, supermarket, family lift which very convenient for me with my 2 small kids. The apartment was very clean & fell like home. My kids love the futon which located upstairs of the apartments with a nice view of the mountain. Everything is superb!! Will comeback and stay again if going to Niseko again. Booking was very convenient and easy.
