The Snowbird building is located 300 meters from the Ace Family Chair in Hirafu village and in the heart of the main shopping and dining area. 

Snowbird Studios has 7 self-contained studios and two 1 bedroom apartments. They are all fully self-contained, have wooden floors, fully-equipped kitchens, lounge/dining area and private bathrooms plus laundry/ski/dry room facilities in the building. The Studio Loft units sleep up to 4 guests comfortably.

6 of the studio units have mezzanine floors and vaulted ceilings. The apartments offer incredible convenience at reasonable rates. All units have views of either the resort, Mt Yotei or a private silver birch forest.

Snowbird's location is fantastic, providing easy access to the lifts, with the base of the Ace Family Chair just a 5 minute walk away! If this wasn't enough the Hirafu Intersection shuttle stop makes access to Hanazono a breeze. With its central location the most famous restaurants and renowned eateries in Hirafu are also at your fingertips. Convenience plus.

Excellent value and service

Stayed here for 8 nights at the end of the season. The van was waiting to pick us up from the welcome center and drop us off at the accommodation, and was organised to drop us back there on departure. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and had a nice kitchen. There was heaps of options for lunch/dinner within a few minutes walk, a supermarket within about 2 minutes walk, and the ski lift less than 5 minutes walk! What else could you want? Excellent value, thank you Holiday Niseko.

Great place to stay for the skiing holiday!

We were very glad that we selected Snowbird Studios as it is very conveniently located near to shops, restaurants and ski-slopes!
The place was clean - WIFI was available, and was nice and cosy.

Highly recommended for mid-sized groups of 4 to 8 pax.

Honestly could not of asked for a better place. The studio was spacey and clean, close to a lift, bars and shops, we were given all info from our ppl who dropped us off and picked us up. Everything was planned well and will highly recommend to friends or family who which to travel there in future

Great location!

Snowbird is an ideal location, just less than 100m from the main intersection in Hirafu. Check-in and check out was actually very easy, although having rented some of the larger units from Holiday Niseko, I was hoping that there would be a party to meet us at Snowbird itself, rather than having to go to the office (which was at the main intersection!) Would definitely use Holiday Niseko again, all the properties I have rented from them are very well managed!

We had wonderful hassle-free accommodation in Snowbird.
Great location, easy transfers in and out of the Welcome Centre, walking distance to all the important amenities.
The room was as depicted on the website, quiet, very clean and very functional.
Perfect to collapse into after a day on mountain.

I couldn't find any faults if I tried. Holiday Niseko made our family holiday as comfortable and memorable as possible. All our encounters with staff were well received. Snowbird lodge was clean and quiet, well suited to a small group or family. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft. The kitchenette made life easy. The drying room was large enough to allow ample space for all our ski gear.

Great little apartment (Snowbird Studios). Dylan was my main contact in the office throughout the booking process and he was super helpful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful too. The apartment was in a great location and was a great base for our week stay. Having a kitchen to cook in and a washer in the bathroom was very convenient and enjoyable. I would recommend the company and apartment to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable stay in Hirafu.
